Macarena has also been functioning as a nightclub during Fridays and Saturdays spinning the latest in Latin Music (pop, rock, salsa, reggaeton) turning into one of the hottest spots for locals during the weekends.

In 2002, Macarena started hosting a variety of concerts from new and recognized Latin artists, becoming one of the most well-known venues for live music shows, showcases and concerts. Macarena has also become the preferred site for special after-event parties chosen by recording companies such as Sony, BMG, Universal and Warner Music and Latin music associations such as LARAS (Latin Recording Academy) and ASCAP. Some of the events include include after-concert and after-event parties such as the Latin Grammy Awards, Billboard Awards and MTV Music Video Awards.
