No Country For Old Men

While hunting near the Rio Grande, Moss (Josh Brolin) stumbles across the bloody aftermath of a botched drug deal and discovers $2 million in cash, heroin, and a few dead guys. Like most of us would, Moss pockets the fortune and soon finds himself being pursued by a ruthless, psychopathic killer (Javier Bardem).
As the local sheriff (Tommy Lee Jones) and an ex-Colonel (Woody Harrelson) try to piece together the puzzle, the killer flips a coin to determine his victims’ fate and uses a silenced shotgun and captive bolt stunner to kill a trail of people in his search for Moss and the money.
The sweeping cinematography depicting a ghostly Texas backdrop, paired with the ominous feeling created by the absence of music throughout the movie has resulted in a chilling masterpiece by the Cohen duo.
